A two-bedroom holiday apartment in Ruka village centre, ten metres from the ski track.
Holiday apartment 3404 is at Rukatunturintie 12, in the centre of Ruka. Forty-six square metres, two bedrooms and a private electric sauna.
The apartment was completed in 2022 and first let in 2025, so the finishes and furniture are new. It sleeps four, with an extra bed for a fifth guest. Cleaning and bed linen are included in the price.

The apartment
One bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, the other a bunk bed with a 120 cm lower berth. The kitchen and living area are one open space where the whole group fits together. At the end of the day you have your own electric sauna. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The basement has lockable storage for sports equipment and a separate ski maintenance room. Parking in the courtyard is free.
Prices and booking
You can rent the apartment for the start of the week (Sunday to Thursday), the end of the week (Thursday to Sunday) or a full week. Peak weeks 8–15 are let by the full week only. Cleaning and bed linen are included.
