Practical details for your stay. Always check the times in your booking confirmation or invoice, which include the instructions for your arrival.

Keys

The key is in a key box. We will send you the key box code by email or text message.

Check-in

You can access the apartment from 16:00.

Check-out

Check-out is at 12:00. Please confirm the time in the documents we have emailed you: directions, invoice or booking confirmation.

Cleaning

Cleaning and bed linen are included in the rent.

Parking

Parking in the building’s courtyard is free. The barrier opens with the apartment’s key card. If the courtyard is full, Ruka’s heated car park is 50 metres away; it charges a fee.
