The apartment
A modern, spacious holiday apartment in the centre of Ruka. It was completed in 2022 and first let in 2025, so the finishes and furniture are new. Everything the area offers is within walking distance.
Sleeping
The two bedrooms suit a family or a small group of friends. One room has a 160 cm double bed, the other a bunk bed with a 120 cm lower berth. The apartment sleeps four, with one extra bed.
Kitchen and living area
The kitchen and living area are one open space where the whole group fits together. The dining table seats six, and there is tableware for six.
Sauna
The apartment has its own electric sauna, a shower and a separate toilet.

The apartment is 46 square metres. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Cleaning and bed linen are included in the rent.
